Brain Gym is a cognitive training app operated by Adaptive Lab (New Zealand) and included with courses purchased through Kajabi. Kajabi's terms govern your purchase and membership; these terms govern your use of the training app. By using the app you agree to these terms.

Training, not medical advice

Brain Gym is a cognitive training programme. It is not a medical device, diagnosis, or treatment. The physical primers are optional: move at your own level, skip freely, and stop if anything hurts or you feel unwell. If you have a condition affecting exercise, check with your doctor first.

Honest measurement

Scores measure your own change over time on standardized tasks. We make no claims about IQ, medical outcomes, or guaranteed transfer to any specific activity.

Fair use

Your access is personal to your course membership. Please don't share embed or access links, and don't attempt to reach other members' data or interfere with how the app works.

Your data

How we handle your training data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We aim to keep the app running smoothly but can't guarantee it is always available or error free. We may update, pause or change features to improve the programme.

Liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Adaptive Lab isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
