Calibration · confidence
The Honest Scorecard
Self-awareness is not a feeling. It is calibration: how closely your read on yourself matches what you actually do. Overconfident people take on what they cannot deliver. Underconfident people sit on ability they own. Both are calibration errors, and both are trainable.
Through the programme you will build the evidence with one small habit: a three-slider check-in before you train. Thirty seconds. Then your scores quietly test your read against reality.

At the end of each week, the debrief sheet asks you five lines: what did I notice, when did I slip, what is the one fix. Same questions every week, so when you flip back, the drift is visible. That flip-back is the training.
